"Give me an input – I’ll send an output – Let’s melt together – We are the brain!"

One of the most inconceivable facts for me is the one, that the formation "XYNN" (after all Kristian Schultze and Curt Cress are part of it) never succeeded in making the breakthrough. In 1980 and 1981 "Dreams About Reality" and "Computed Man" were published, which are two of the most beautiful wave-art-fiction-records ever made on this planet.

Themes were science-fiction-visions, which seemed to be inspired by Lem, Moravec, Huxley or Orwell. They were imbedded in and borne by a multilayered, extremely melodious electronic music, which helped itself with classical elements, too. According to my present search in the internet, this is called "decadence-rock" now (well, for those who need an attribute). This kind of music is indescribable beautiful and the themes are performed by a pleasant voice, Michael Winter alias Mr.XYNN.

On "Lost In Space" are new recordings of seven songs, now with German lyrics, as well as 4 new songs. For experts like me this is a very, very attractive delicacy and for beginners (and my recommendation for you is to discover this completely extraordinary kind of music on your own – still it would make the amounts of new editions of "main street records" turn green with envy) the first two original albums can also be ordered on CD by the e-mail address, which is mentioned above!

On the DVD we enjoy 6 well-known songs, which are staged skillfully (including the smash-hit "Jet-Set-Honey", the said "Isolated Brain" - pay attention: bloody and tricky!) as well as the mega-philosophy-overkiller-science-fiction-song "Lost In Space" and the instrumental "Bird With Broken Wings". Without exception, the clips are fantastic and I could cry because Viva 2 doesn´t exist any more.

And I could cry, because the formation "XYNN" (after all Kristian Schultze and Curt Cress are part of it) never succeeded in making the breakthrough.

C’est comme moi ...
